Return Policy

At Invitations Kart, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality personalized and custom-made products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Once we have started processing your order, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately to check the status of your order. If processing has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate your request, subject to our prior written approval and potential additional charges. Any costs, charges, or expenses already incurred by Invitations Kart will be deducted from any payments previously made.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or the dispatch of an incorrect item. Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately and notify us in writing within 3 days of any damages or defects. Email your claims to your primary Invitations Kart contact. If you fail to notify us within the 3-day period, your right to reject the items expires. If you timely notify us of any defective or damaged goods, we will examine the issue and either replace the items or credit you the purchase price.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or unsealed, please refuse delivery. If you are unable to refuse delivery, contact the delivery company and Invitations Kart within 3 days of receiving the order. Retain all packages, packing materials, and damaged goods, and send us photographs of both the damaged box and products to assist us in resolving the issue.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy and avoid potential cancellation or return issues. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Color Issue

Please note that we do not accept returns based on color issues due to variations in computer monitor settings. The colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual printed invitations. While we strive to ensure that the colors of your printed invitations closely match those shown on our printed color card, please keep in mind that due to the custom nature of printing, colors may vary over time and may not match perfectly.

Rest assured that despite potential minor color variations, we always ensure that each order looks beautiful and the colors are visually appealing. Our team carefully checks each order prior to shipping to maintain our high standards of quality.
