At Invitations Kart, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:
Shipping Methods:
We partner with trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your invitations are delivered safely and efficiently worldwide. Please note that these couriers do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
Shipping Costs:
We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Worldwide. The shipping fee will be based on your location and delivery partner.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to courier limitations, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure the safe arrival of your invitations, please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
Signature Requirement:
All orders shipped via FedEx, and DHL require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
International Shipping and Delivery Times:
We ship to all countries worldwide. After placing your order, you will receive digital proofs within 36 hours. Once you have approved the proofs for printing, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. To ensure your invitations arrive in time for your event, please use the following timeline:
- Standard orders: 12-17 business days (5-7 days for printing + 7-10 days for shipping)
- Rush orders: 8-12 business days (3-4 days for printing + 5-7 days for shipping)
Rush Orders:
We understand that sometimes you may need your invitations sooner than our standard production time. If you require a rush order, please contact us with the details of your request. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline and will inform you if it’s feasible. Rush orders incur an additional $20 fee.
